Products Name: Powerful Granulator (RG-2630E RG-2640E RG-2650E RG-3660E RG-3670E RG-3680E)
RG-26E and RG-36E centralized granulators and crushers are suitable for centralized recycling of waste and rejected parts form injection, blowing molding and extrusion lines. They are used to crush and granulate various soft and hard plastics, take the board, ball-type bar-type and offcut of plastics into granules, in the plastic and rubber industry. It plays important role that can retrieve and process the defective products, waste products and offcut of plastic quickly and promote the plastic availability. This series feature compact design, easy operation and quick blade replacement. Gradually inclined cutting and integrated power design offer a better cutting effect and a lower noise level ensures low energy consumption. It is great in motor power, cutting chamber size, and output capacity.
Features & Specifications:
>New designed V-type rotating cutters which can send the feeding material into the center of rotating cutters so to prevent the material from adhering onto the inner side of the cutting chamber.
> Special cutter design adopting shear principle, made of high-chromium shred, work together with high-speed motor, shred various plastics wastes easily.
> Heavy loading bearing and dust protection device, the sound-proof bunker can prevent vibration and noise effectively.
> Electric interlock and motor overload protector provide double protection for the safety of operator and motor.
> The gap between knives is adjustable, they knives can be dismounted blunt, to be used repeatedly, achieve long time using life.
> Separable design, the bunker, main body, mesh frame are dismounted easily, convenient for bunker cleaning.
> With vibration-resistant feet, reduce the noise of vibration
