Products Name: Heavy Duty Granulator (RG-56 Series)
RG-56 series granulators and crushers are used to centrally crush thick remnants of pipes, moldings, planking, packing material, containers, sheet materials, wires, cables and various waste and rejected parts form injection, blowing molding and extrusion lines. This series feature compact design, easy operation and quick blade replacement. Gradually inclined cutting and integrated power design offer a better cutting effect and a lower noise level ensures low energy consumption. It is great in motor power, cutting chamber size, and output capacity. RG-56 series crushers play an important role in centralized plastics and rubber recycling industry.
Features & Specifications:
>New designed V-type rotating cutters which can send the feeding material into the center of rotating cutters so to prevent the material from adhering onto the inner side of the cutting chamber.
> Special cutter design adopting shear principle, made of high-chromium shred, work together with high-speed motor, shred various plastics wastes easily.
>Water cooling system at bearing seat and cutting chamber can effectively cool down and protect bearings and prevent the inside material from melting up
> Heavy-duty bearing and dust protection device, the sound-proof board can prevent vibration and noise effectively
> Electric interlock and motor overload protector provide double protection for the safety of operator and motor.
> The gap between knives is adjustable, they knives can be dismounted blunt, to be used repeatedly, achieve long time using life.
> Separable design, the bunker, main body, mesh frame are dismounted easily, convenient for bunker cleaning.
> With vibration-resistant feet, reduce the noise of vibration.
> Heavy-duty bearing and dust protection device, the sound-proof board can prevent vibration and noise effectively

> Separate blower, conveyor and cyclone dust separator is available as option.

2）The maximum crushing quantity depend on the mesh hole diameter and material quality to be Granulated.
3）The machine voltage specification is 3Ø 380V 50Hz.
